  • Building the Fund: We raise contributions from generous donors, alumni, families, and supporters who share our vision. These gifts form the principal (the core amount) of the endowment.
  • Investing for Growth: The principal is carefully invested in a diversified portfolio, managed by financial experts to generate steady returns while preserving the original capital. This ensures the fund grows over time, even as we use it to help students.
  • Using the Earnings: Each year, a portion of the investment earnings (typically 4-5%, adjusted for market conditions) is allocated to scholarships. The principal itself remains untouched, allowing the endowment to provide support indefinitely — truly perpetual.
