If you're passionate about sharing your experiences as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints while pursuing your education at Texas A&M University, this is your chance to make a difference. Our ambassadors are dedicated volunteers who help inspire and inform youth and families about the unique opportunities of being an "Aggie" in a Latter-day Saint faith-centered community.
The Latter-day Saint Ags Ambassador Program connects current and former Texas A&M students who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints with local youth, families, and church groups. Ambassadors host informational meetings to share insights on balancing academics, campus life, and spiritual growth at one of the nation's top universities. In addition, Latter-day Saint Ag Ambassadors help educate prospective students and families about the various scholarships that the LDS Ags Foundation offers.
Ambassadors draw from their own stories to highlight how Texas A&M's traditions align with gospel principles, such as service, leadership, and excellence.
Volunteering as a Latter-day Saint Ags Ambassador is a rewarding way to give back and strengthen the Church community at Texas A&M. Here's what you'll gain:
No prior experience is required — just a willingness to serve and a love for both Texas A&M and the gospel.
We're always looking for enthusiastic volunteers! If you're a current Texas A&M student, alumni, or even a supportive parent with relevant experience, we'd love to have you join our team.
